To celebrate St.
Patrick’s Day, my cookbook, Favorites from Amelia’s Kitchen
I’ve been saying for the past few months that I’ve really got to get my blog started again and revamp it. I finally found myself motivated enough to begin doing that last night. Part of my motivation: I just put a recipe book up on Amazon.com this week. The other part of my motivation: Spring is on its way! The weather is getting milder, and even with changing the clocks this past weekend, the sun is rising earlier and shining brighter. I always feel invigorated in March and April after the long, cold, damp, and very short winter days.
The little cookbook I have put on Amazon is called Favorites from Amelia’s Kitchen
